Feature:
It is designed to be effective with the minimum of messing around and it meets it's original design goal well. Unlike some other units that need a lot of programming, this is 'plug and play' I sometimes wish it had a stereo phones out on the back but there is no room there, it's got all that it really needs.

Quality:
Excellent build, nice 'weight', seems tough enough for everyday/night use. Hope the pots don't get 'scratchy'.

Value:
A little overpriced but got a good deal at Zzounds. I see that they get the occasional customer return from time to time which would make it even better value.

Desirability:
I don't 'want' it because I have it.

Sound:
This is a high quality unit as you would expect from TC Helicon. Easy, cheap and quick way to add studio polish and depth to your live sound.

Ease of Use:
Simple to use and operate after 5 minutes with the manual (also,check out their web site video's).

Support:
Shot them an e mail with a pre sales question and I got a reply the next day. They are on the west coast (Canada) and so convenient for me to call if I need to.

Overall:
The beauty of this product is the effective, high quality, simplicity of it. Put it between you and your amp/PA and you will have enhanced full sound instantly (with the 'Tone' and 'Double' switched on) and some nice harmonies for occasional effect and impression throughout your set. It's improved my sound three fold.

Sound:
Grrrrreat! CSN in a box. If you like country back up vocals, swing, what ever. This thing will change your life. Its that cool. I researched everything in this price range. I got the Tone Correct pedal to go with it.

Ease of Use:
Again very well thought out. I had to use the manual very briefly just to see what things did. It works way better with the guitar plugged into it. Hit you root chord and it does the rest.

Overall:
I play solo blues, ballads, classic rock. Also with a small combo. This thing is an eye opener. I am a mediocre vocalist. You can pull off Helplessly Hoping by CSN piece of cake with this baby. It is a trip. The Pitch Correct is a must also if you can afford it.
