Feature:
Great features. I especially like the ability to set the output to mono.

Quality:
There has to be something wrong with the transport design. There's no reason for this player to react so badly with certain CD-Rs. The first unit I received would not eject a CD!!!!

Value:
There's nothing else on the market that is 1U.

Desirability:
It was perfect for my needs (1U) but I can't be worrying about if my CDs will play or skip.

Sound:
On some CDs the output is fine. On some CDs, the output is distorted and certain tracks skip. These are CDs that play fine on any number of computers, in cars, and in $99 portable players.

Support:
Technical Support is terrible. Their phone number is not toll-free. I was on hold for about 5 minutes when a message came on stating that all their support personnel were busy, I should call back later, and the system hung up.

Overall:
I returned both the basic version and the pro version because of playback problems. I can't remember the last time I needed to return a pro audio device.
