Feature:
The features for the money are incredible. The Starcast mounting system for the tom toms is very cool, very versatile. You can pretty much put the toms in any darn position you want with this mounting system. The black nickel hardware looks great and adds a high end finish to the kit.

Quality:
I would say compared to what I have seen and used in the past, these earn a 10. Everything fits great, and the hardware is first class.

Value:
ZZOUNDS has an excellent price for this kit. Excellent quality/value for the $$$. zZounds customer service is great, by the way. I had an issue with a warehouse repack kit, and they responded immediately, fixed the problem and set up a new order out the door the same day. THANKS!!!

Desirability:
I love the looks of the black nickel, love the ease of the mounting system, and love the sound. Can't beat the features for the money. Believe me, I shopped around and researched various drum manufacturers, TAMA came out on top.

Sound:
Excellent sound. Toms have sweet resonance and strong attack. The bass drum is killer, full and think sounding. I haven't even spent much time tuning yet, and they sound awesome.

Ease of Use:
Easy as pie to set up. Anyone with a little experience can figure it out. If not, TAMA includes a DVD showing how to do it.

Support:
can't say. hope I don't need it.

Overall:
I'll give it a 10, because I don't ever plan to trade it in or move up to something else. These are keepers. (maybe a fancy snare some day)
