I've been playing drums for over 20 years and this is by far the best set for the money I've seen - disregard all the hype about this set being "Made in Japan" because it's all just that. The product, its hardware, and the sound are all "top dog" in my opinion!

Feature:
there are no bad features about tama drums. they are easy to set up and have one of the best desines for tight kit players

Quality:
all tama drums are made well. From the rock star beginers set to the pro series art star.

Value:
yes, this drum set is deffinetly worth the price. just remember this, You dont need to spend 15,000$ on a custom made D.W drumset to sound good, its the player that makes the drums not the other way around. real drummers can make any drum kit sound great

Desirability:
tama has one of the best looks out there it goes great with there sound

Sound:
Tama has one of the best sounds in the percussion world. from the fine tones of the toms to the thunder of the bass drums

Ease of Use:
one of the best sounds out there ver y easy to play. the toms have a nice warm sound and the bass drums have that deep wet sound that j ust makes them sound mean

Support:
i have never had a problem with the support people at tama.

Overall:
I will always be satisfied with my tama art star drums and woulden't trade them for an ything. i play them more than any of my other drum sets.
