Love the on-board tuner!
Quality:
Love the quality except for an annoying buzz at the 10th fret.
Support:
Am working with point of purchase on the buzz issue. If they can't fix it, will send it back and deal with the mfr.

Quality:
Solid body and has a good feel and fit. Nice looking wood but they do vary within the same model.

Sound:
Crisp sound and good tone.
Support:
The original one I got had a vibration in the body. It was returned to the place of purchase and without question exchanged.
Overall:
I love this thing. It gives the sound and quality that you may find only in much higher priced lines. Nice to look at and even better to play and hear.

The Takamine product is mostly the best product and good sounding guitars. The sound to the guitar has a crisp sound [if it has new strings] a thin pick make`s a guitar sound better than a hard pick will do.

9 out of 10Feature:
The TK4N pre-amp....mmmm. Fell in love with it the first time i used it. I am a big alternate tunning player. I used to not play a song because i didn't want to mess with tunning (on old guitar). The machine heads are precision tunners, and don't go out of tune at all but are very smooth and easy to tune with.
Quality:
Seems very solid. I didn't notice now nice the high-quality red stain finish was until i took it home and put it next to my old guitar. Seems to be very solid, though i've only had it home for a week or so.
Value:
Most for you dollar, ten times over.
Desirability:
As soon as i played it i put the other one (Seagull S6 series) i had on layaway back on the wall and put this one in a case. I would have prefered a black or red finish but the standard finish is the only model avaliable with asolid top. SOUND IS MORE IMPORTANT!!!!
Sound:
I work in a music store and have compared it to their 2003 LTD Edition (eagle) and a few other $2000+ models (CDN). There is no way i would pay the extra 1500+ dollars for the minute difference in sound. It is unfortunate you can't get a solid top with an alternate finish. It has damn good sound around the cutaway frets.
Support:
Haven't had to deal with any yet......
