"Great Guitar. Great Value."

Overall: 5 out of 5 stars
(see rating details)
This is just an excellent guitar. Extremely well crafted, with attention to detail that I have not seen in any other instruments I have owned. It's so comfortable to play and it sounds beautiful. Thank you Takamine.
Sound
Really amazing plugged in, just as great acoustically. It has a very rich and full sound, and a great bass response.
Features
Love the built in tuner, the on-board EQ control is good.
Ease of Use
I really love the neck and just the entire overall feel of the guitar. It plays so easily, it's incredible.
Quality
Very well made, I have yet to find any flaws in finishing, fret work, etc. Just a top notch and beautiful guitar.
Value
The worth goes above and beyond the the measly $500-or-so price tag. I will have this guitar for life, and I am confident it will serve me that long.
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to deal with Takamine.

Crisp transient highs, full resonant lows, very easy to play. It's a winner and worth twice the price.

No problems at all but I called with a few questions and they were prompt and courteous.

I hope to have this guitar for a long time. I'd restore it when needed rather than replace. Don't see myself needing more than 1 classical guitar...okay, no more than 2. 3 max.
Sound
This is a great guitar. Sound quality is solid and works great. Its compatible with my playing style, picking and strumming. Haven't plugged it in yet but I'm sure the pick-up are fine. It's hard to find a case for this though. The one I picked up is well oversized but functional. Comes with strings.
Features
Hardshell case would have been nice or at least an appropriately sized soft case included.
Ease of Use
I just wish I was better at guitar. I have the Gibson Songwriter and this is more fun to play.
Quality
Finish is good. Looks like either a small knot or congealing around the rim of the sound hole.
Value
I think it's actually a little under priced. Got a great deal.
Manufacturer Support
I used the "spy" thing and it worked out fine.
The Wow Factor
Practical addition. I love it but I mean unless I learn to play better I don't see me getting any ladies.
