Feature:
The built-in tuner is a useful addition when playing unplugged. The battery compartment is located right on the pre-amp making replacement a breeze.

Quality:
All the woods are top notch and put together very well.

Value:
All products come with a mark-up. Ultimately it's the quality of the product which makes the price alot easier to swallow. This instrument is worth the little extra when compared to its peers.

Desirability:
As soon as I picked this instrument up I knew I wanted it. The ease of play, quality of workmanship and sound made for an easy decision. I had been using a borrowed classical which I miked with mixed results. This guitar does it all.

Sound:
This instrument has the classic nylon string sound with excellent reponse to all styles of playing. The 3-band EQ pre-amp projects a "real" acoustic sound and the built-in tuner is a nice touch.

Support:
I have not had a reason to contact the manufacturer/retailer.

Overall:
I hope to enjoy this instrument for a long time. I play in a Blues/R & B band and believe it or not, have found a unique place for it in the repitoire. It's a sound folks don't expect to hear and easily handles the volumes necessary when playing with other instruments.
