The tone is as good or better than guitars that I have played costing three times as much. This is, by far, the best value around in acoustics right now. It has the tone (on both the low and high ends), a very nicely finished, simple look, and plays smoothly. Can't ask for more... except for perhaps a front strap pin and an acoustic/electric version This guitar will not disappoint you.

Style of Music: All Types - medium advnaved beginner - mostly traditional

Location: Pennsylvania

In many ways this guitar is similar to the all Mahagany Martin 15 series. Satin finish, very limited appointments, but killer tone. I have a Martin 000-15S, but I wanted a Dreadnought. This guitar really fits that requirement - and it has a Sitka Spruce top.
