Feature:
This design of this thing is curious. It isn't as adjustable as I was led to believe. The isolation foam does not always stay in the position I bend it around the mic I'm using even with the knobs tightly engaged. Also, the mic stand they make you purchase with this is cheap. The glued piece that connects the boom to the stand broke right away as I was mounting my mic thing. I ended up using a PA speaker stand and it attached more easily and was stronger than the included mic stand.

Quality:
Not the quality I was expecting for more than $200.

Value:
This thing should be $75-$100 cheaper.

Overall:
I bought this to use for isolating vocals in my small, but way too echo-y project studio. I should have just built one myself.
