Like the extension speaker.

Quality:
Works just fine.

Value:
Well worth what I paid for it, good value bought another one for my nephew.

Desirability:
Just a good value, very portable. It doubles as a boom box with my MP3 player plugged into it.

Sound:
Sounds pretty damn good for a $29.00 investment.Takes pedals well.I really like the hot tube setting. The clean setting is pristine.

Ease of Use:
Takes five minutes to dial in a sound you like.

Support:
Can't say have not dealt with them.

Overall:
Expect this one to last a while. When it does wear out have to look and see what is available. I leave mine on the back porch so I can have a beer and rock out whenever I like without having to drag all kinds of gear outside.
