Feature:
Pretty simple, input and output gain knobs, 48v, and pad and switch for instrument. Kind wish it had inserts.

Quality:
Great build, this really is a quality pre.

Value:
Kinda spendy, but hey it's a true SSL piece.

Desirability:
SSL need I say more. Research the company and you will want this pre!

Sound:
Great clean sounding pre. Use it a lot for bass, elec gtr, acoustic gtr, kick and snare. It really has been my go to pre and I use it every session without fail. Again it's clean, you can add a little color with the VHD knob but for the most part it's transparent.

Ease of Use:
Easy to use, turn knobs for more gain, VHD to taste!

Support:
Even though SSL is headquartered in England their support is always very quick. Usually I get a response the next day. Also the offices in NY and California where very helpful when I was in a bind.

Overall:
This is a great pre amp and I would highly recommend it. I am probably going to get another one of these pres with an API lunchbox.
