Sound: recording live in pcm mode is the best quality imaginable in such a small device Feature: the removable media is inexpensive and excellent being able to upload digitally to the mac is the whole point of having this device Quality: shell could be better - plastic scratches and shows finger marks too easily Manufacturer Support: sony replaced my mznh1 - i thought that was a horrible machine = after owning it for 9 months, sony gave me my entire purchase price back!! - I used this plus $100 to get the mzm100 and I'm very happy The Wow Factor: not an ipod, but much more useful to me Overall: this gets the job done for me until i get a digital cf or hd portable recorder in a few years.
