Quality:
The SKB website says this is the correct model for the Yamaha MG24/14FX mixing console. This is completely incorrect. The mixer doesn't even fit in the case (I have pictures to prove it) In addition, there is insufficient foam in the top lid to prevent the back and the front of the mixer from moving and hitting against the top lid if the case is rotated along its long axis.

Support:
When I contacted SKB (specifically, Will Simes, Product Specialist) about returning this case because of size and quality concerns, I was told there was "something wrong with my head" and that they had been making this case for 20 years and it was perfectly designed. I was shocked by this personal attack and unprofessional behavior. I will not be purchasing SKB products ever again. Gator cases for me.

Poor design, terrible customer service.
