Feature:
No need to carry the extra part on your back, receiver is built into the mic! Also shows battery capacity on unit and mic, so you should never get stuck!

Quality:
Take care of it, take it apart when done with a show, store it properly. Looks, great, isn't heavy, easier to handle.

Value:
It's an investment, and if you are a singer like me, you want and need to sound your best.

Sound:
Very crisp and clear

Ease of Use:
OMG, a chimp could set this up, plug it in and turn it on, it sets itself!

Feature:
I had to buy a case, and having paid what I did, the cardboard box didn't quite cut it. I love the fact the the P version has lock out features and a spinning knob to change settings.

Quality:
Wonderfully made receiver (metal casing). I wish the mic casing was a little stronger... I have wonders about it it lasting a gruelling schedule. Plastic tends to crack..... also I dod not like the battery holders.. this see,s like it will be a problem. So far I have used it, no dropouts interference..... absolutely wonderful.

Value:
I love this system.... my skepticism about durabilty may prove wasted. I had an audio technica that lasted forever... I just didn't like the microphone. (this was the 700 series too.) Shure Beta 87A is the only mic I will use in concert.

Desirability:
Shure has a winner here!!! Classy, backlit design on mic and receiver is great. Very strong looking receiver. It looks like it cost the money it costs!!

Sound:
I own a wired Beta 87A and absolutely love the sound. In purchasing this model, I actually have the ULX/P series, I was ecstatic that the sound was what I had come use to. I have a high, butheavy voice and this mic can handle my volume and adds brightness. It truly sounds like a studio mic in a concert setting. I also am using this mic in the studio.

Overall:
I will use this system until I upgrade to the incredible UHF series Microphone (with a beta 87A of course). I am xpecting this system to alst me for many many years. The warranty is very very good 2 years... and with the case I bought.. this is my baby. It is treated well. If you are a travelling performer (city to city) this is the system for you..... don't settle for less......... you may have different mic preference, but the system can't be beat. I am interested in buying a headset package to go with this system.

Feature:
The selectable frequency bands make it especially useful. I have some of your previous components that only came with one frequency and was often to no use in most of my applications due to the high volume of constantly moving our gigs in a mobile environment.

Sound:
the midrange sound is great, but is lacking the clearness, particularly in the 4-6.5khz range. With some added highs, this component will bring a very pleasing warm-bright sound, a feature that I use a lot with my style of sound reinforcement.

Overall:
I have always had great success with your microphones. The Sehnesiser has a more rugged component, but I still like Shure; been using it for 7 years going on, and the mics offer a much wider variety of sounds, compare to other brands out there.
