superb sound was achieved without the need of to much eq, only need wa to apply low cut below 30hz.

very simple, just turn on the reciever and wait 10 seconds, then turn on the transmitter, and your on.

yes i have dealt with the company over the years, they do expect you to read manuals fullty before picking up the phone
Overall:
i have had this system for 3 years and similar in the range, all i can say is they are excellent, no loss of sound and no interference. what more can you ask for from a professional system.
