Sound: Almost identical to the classic SM58 if set up properly. Feature: A great mic and easy to set up and use. The earphone means your monitor is always with you and eliminates the need for other monitoring, saving both space and set-up time. Ease of Use: Set up is just like a SM58 with more lows. Quality: I used my last one for about 15 years. Value: My old one soldiered on for over 15 years of hard, live music use. Manufacturer Support: Shure has discontinued this mic which was a big disappointment. When I tried to have mine worked on, they wound up replacing it with a SM10, which has no monitor feed. Too bad. The Wow Factor: I miss the ease of set up and the monitor earplug. I'd buy one again if I could find a new one. Overall: See above. If I could find another one, I should be set for 15 years. If I could replace my old one, I would.
