I have purchased this lapel microphone and used it so far with a great success. It was shipped in a timely manner, exactly in the condition it was described and it works excellent. I will look forward to buy more of those wireless microphones.

Sound
We bought this unit for the Pastor to use and so fare it has been working just fine we went with a different mic systen than the one that comes with the systen it is the type that hooks to the ear and is flesh color and now we do not have all the rustling and poping sounds that we had and we can hear him alot more clearly.
Manufacturer Support
The unit is so easy to use I do not kow why anyone would need any help in getting the system up and running.
