it has more features than i need.

Quality:
its made with metal so it wont brake. metal is much beter than plastic.

Value:
cant get any better.

Desirability:
its very nice.

Sound:
it has great sound. its beter than a nady.

Ease of Use:
its hard to use because of all its great features.

Support:
havent needed support!!!

Overall:
i wont replace it until it brakes which will be a long time from now!

Quality:
I had to send it back twice due to a short in the cord ffrom the headset to the body pack and I am having to send the 3rd one back for the same reason. This has all happened in a 3 month time spand.

Support:
the first two returns were easy except I have to pay shipping charges every time for their faulty product. Now I am having trouble with the 3rd return.
