10 out of 10Feature:
One volume, one tone (w/coil tap) and one 3 way toggle switch, what more can you need. although i think another volume and a 5 way switch would make this even better. also maybe some locking tuners to be super safe but the grover tuners are fantastic and this guitar rarely goes out of tune.
Quality:
The only thing that is "wrong" with this guitar (or at least mine) is where the neck pickup touches the end of the fretboard, this part of the guitar does not have the paint on it. This is VERY difficult to see, even up close, but its still worth a 10.
Value:
The price on the tag was £499, I haggled down to £399 :). This guitar in my opinion easily sell for around £750.
Desirability:
Looks amazing, I have the white one. I originally wanted a Hellraiser model because of the "real" EMGs in it, but i played this one in the shop and i took it straight to the checkout.
Sound:
Despite having Duncan Designed pickups this guitar sounds amazing.
Ease of Use:
Plays amazingly well, the jumbo frets give you an unreal amount of control over the strings, also accesibility to the upper frets is VERY easy compared to alot of guitars.
Support:

Overall:
I would definitely buy another one of these guitars if it was broken or stolen, either that or beat the theif to death with a brick. The coil tap is great for strat type sounds although you dont get that twangy sound like you do from a strat. If this guitar had actual seymour duncans in it would make it perfect (not that the duncan designed ones are bad, they sound great).

10 out of 10Feature:
I love the coil tap. the tuners are great. the stock strings are pretty good too.
Quality:
amazing. I have the white one. it is beautiful. The chrome hardware sticks out. Mazing abolone work on it too.
Value:
I could never have asked for bang for my buck. I would easily have paid more for it.
Desirability:
I walked into my local guitar store talking to my friend and i suddenly stopped talking. I was struck by the beauty of this guitar. My jaw dropped and i knew i had to have it. I was short on cash since im going to college so i traded in two other guitars and still paid a little to get it. I still look at it and i am speachless.
Sound:
The versatility is amazing. The coil tap is great for clean sounds. The pickups are semoure duncan's and have decent sound. They sound great when distorted. No buzz ever.
Ease of Use:
I have never played a guitar with such a fast neck. It feels like butter.
Support:
never needed it so i don't know
Overall:
amazing. I love it. I will never get rid of it. It is the first guitar i am truly proud to own. I cant stop showing it off to my friends.

10 out of 10Feature:
the features are great. its tuners are real nice and i also like the through body strings. if i had to say something bad obout it id say that it has two nobs rather than four. it would look alot more rock with four
pearl nobs than two.
Quality:
also spactacular. ive seen les pauls with bad nobs and worn down. everything on this guitar is solid, from top to bottom ist perfect, the
neck is one of my favorite things. it just glides, the gloss black that i have is perfect on it.
Value:
this guitar is a steal period.
Desirability:
this guitar is very sexy. like i said before it just glides. it seams as
if it could take flight. i also find myself looking at it for minuits.
trying to find every detail. and im almost there.
Sound:
i like the sound alot, if you like heaby metal a les paul would do better, but you could also buy some new pickups. for me, i think its perfect it can play great blues rock and metal. so i give it a 9 out of 10 just because it could use some new pickups.
Ease of Use:
i think its one of the best. some guitars have little frets and its harder to go all out on it. but this guitar is great with jumbo frets, i
like how i cant even touch the rosewood!
Support:
i wouldnt know but i have found it easy to find their web site.10 of 10
Overall:
overall this is the only guitar for me. i think it will never break or anything. i wouldn't give it up for anything.

9 out of 10Feature:
Set in neck makes 100% difference, you'll wonder how you ever took a solo without it. The coil allows a nice spectrum of sound and is very easy to use, as it is integrated very nicely into the tone pot.
Quality:
I'm looking at my Schecter right now, and I cant really think of what to write, because each time I glance at it, I am overcome by its beauty. For real, this is the nicest guitar i've ever seen, and I'm glad I own it.
Value:
Next best thing to a Paul Reed Smith guitar. I baught a Schecter because it was the closest I could get to a PRS. The main builder from PRS actually switched over to Schecter, which is why Schecter guitars bare similarities to PRS,(note the head, for example). Dont get me wrong, i'm not advertising for Paul Reed Smith, I'm just saying that if you're looking to get a guitar with the quality of a VERY nice PRS, look no further. I am thrilled that I got this guitar for what I paid for it, ($550, haggled the guy down from $600) and I won't need another guitar for quite some time. But when I do, it'll be a PRS, Private stock #372 ... perhaps. =)
Desirability:
"How would you rate the "sex appeal" of this product?" Sex appeal doesn't begin to describe the C1 Elite. I own the it in amber, and I am yet to find a nicer looking guitar. I walked in a guitar center, with hundreds of guitars on the wall, as well as hundreds on floorstands spread out in the main room. This guitar IMMEDIATLEY caught my eye. I feel bad for the guitars placed next to the C1 Elite, because anything else PALES in comparison, they stood NO chance. I mean take a second look at some of the simple designs on the guitar. The strings install from the back, and come out of the front of the guitar through elagant gold rings in an artsy way, the inlay around the border of the guitar is just brilliant, no other way to describe it. The finish is spectacular. The orange finish over the wood gives the guitar an amazingly stylish yet original finish. I LOVE the gold hardware. Everything is gold.
Sound:
Very warm sound, very clear notes. I find that when I take a solo, my notes come out clearer, and you can pick out tones easier, even fully distorted. The action on this guitar is low and the strings never buzz.
Ease of Use:
Incredibly easy to play. They say it's not the guitar, it's the player, but if you're coming from a lower quality instrument, (which due to the C1's quality ... pretty much any other guitar) you will learn what a guitar is supposed to sound like. When I baught my C1 Elite, I entered a whole new level of playing. I went past the 'look I can play Knockin on Heavens Doors' stage and graduated to a serious musician.
Support:
No Problems. No Worries. Thank you Schecter.
Overall:
Start off with a Squier, and if you are serious about guitars, buy the Schecter C1 Elite.

Desirability:
people tell me its the most beautiful guitar they've ever seen
Sound:
this guitar sounds way nice
Ease of Use:
i find it easier to do sweep picking on this guitar then others. I also like how it has 24 frets.

10 out of 10Feature:
The only weak spot is the pickups. Other than that, flawless. There is a cream binding that runs along side the abablone on the white model that is stunning. The guitar is a work of art.
Quality:
The finish was flawless. The entire guitar is extremely well built. This would stand up to road use / abuse with no problems at all.
Value:
As I already said, this is the best value out there, period.
Desirability:
This is an extremely nice looking guitar. The abalone work alone is worth the $$...
Sound:
This is by far the best value guitar at any price. The sound is somewhere between a PRS and a Les Paul. I will be swapping the pickups out with EMG's but that is just my preference. For rock or jazz the stock Duncan Designed PU's are probably fine.
Support:
The Schecter site is easy to navigate.
Overall:
No doubt recommend this to any player at any level. The pickups are the only weak spot, but only because I prefer a hotter pickup. The Duncan Design are quite with no noise and sound great for rock, jazz or the blues. I play metal so I need some more boost in the pickup area. I will be dropping some EMG's in shortly...

uses thru body sting and a glued in neck very well made with amazing detail to finish. to very high standerds well set up the materials are excellent and only the finest used although it does not with any acccessries i managed to get a hard case and strap in a deal
Quality:
the finish and product itself is very reliable but there are a few blemishes on the giutar considering it is made in korea and at this price there always will be it is a great guitar to go gigging with as it is reliable and easy to set up and retune although this is not likely. i reckon this guitar could last you your hole life as it has so many differnt tones as long as you treat it well for gigging the product for me has never had a problem and im suprised
Value:
thos has allot of fetures and the quality is relly good copared to any other guitar at this price you cannot find much better
Desirability:
the asthetic look is amazing with the matt back finish and the silver hardware really stands off and sets the peice of equipment to the full
Sound:
loud powerfull total control brilliant cean tone with the adition of an excellent distorted tone
Support:
cannot comment nver spoken to them but if the guitar is so good then you should not have any worries about the support so ill give it a ten since i havent needed to speak to them

10 out of 10Feature:
2 humbuckers, toggle switch for switching between pick up's.. coiltapping, ..so you can use the humbuckers as single coils as well, ... mahoganny body, rosewood fingerboard, ... seymour pickups, ..the factory pickups are decent., ...tuners are great, ..stays in tune very well, ... very light guitar
Quality:
it looks pretty sturdy, ..haven't had any problems with it so far, in fact, it recently survived a house fire, smoke damage etc, ...but it still plays and works very well......i've had it now for more than a year. .... great finish and fit, ... real beauty to look at, ...i have the black version, ...i want to get another one in the future, ...in white :) ...i would depend on this guitar for live use, ..but it's wise to always have a backup
Value:
in terms of value,...this gets a 10/10, ...excellent value. ...lot of people are getting it because of that., ...it's a really really good guitar considering the price and the way it plays, ..it would still be worth buying even if it was twice the price, ...i am hard to please when it comes to electric guitars, ...but i really liked this one, especially since i got a good deal on it.
Desirability:
this is a very very sexy guitar, ..simple, .classy, ..... i have fallen in love with it, .. it's a keeper.
Sound:
i would characterize the sound of this guitar as very "balanced", ..it avoids extremes.....something in the middle of a les paul and strat sound .... i really like the sound., ...you can get some variety as you switch from the neck pick up to the bridge pick up, ..or use both, ..also with coil tapping, you can get another variation of sound....it's somewhat versatile. ...most people i know who have played this guitar absolutely love it.
Overall:
I don't think i will ever give this guitar up, ..it is a very special instrument, ..it realy has something nice about it, ...very balanced in sound, ...so easy to play, ...great intonation, ..no dead spots, ...looks amazing, ....and the price is great, ... all in all, i would say this is probably one of the best, if not THE best guitar out in the market, in this price range, ..and even compared to guitars more than twice it's price, .... get it !
