My wife and I recently used this machine in the street at a festival. We were competing against street noise and a bounce house motor. We bought a splitter cable so we could plug two mikes into one channel. It worked great. I haven't been able to use the high impedance channel yet. I think it needs a pre-amp. Any suggestions? Otherwise, good sound boost for our little street band. I intend to buy another one to beef up our sound as needed.

This Little thing kicks!! I got this just yesterday and just paired it with a my Ipad mini via bluetooth.....This thing suprised me! It has a full sound for something this small. And that was just one!! I do have two of them and i ran a 1/4" plug to a mixer board (behringer xyenx 802) and had the pair run...EXCELLENT SOUND!! My sound source was my Denon MC6000 DJ Controller and my ipad. The sound again was full and punchy. It got my neighbors complaining..so they are more then enough for small spaces. I tested the Mic and it work well for a classroom setting or if you need to talk to 30 to 40 people its good for that. If you have two you are even better. There is a noticable difference with bluetooth sound and 1/4" cables. Bluetooth is louder( iPad and Android) but you can feed the speaker thru 1/4 to a mixer board and will be fine. But as for battery Ive been just testing it with the battery this whole time and decided to test with power cords....All still the same. Its easy 10 pounds to carry, speaker stand mounts built in. If you are in need of a simple sound solution and maybe want to rock out a mini party in office or basement, beach house etc.. (10 to 40 ppl) these are awesome! Im using them with a Behringer xyenx 802 mixer and Samson 266 dual cordless mics for office presentations and training, and the mini side parties that do happen often. These are simple but good speakers. I have no complains about them yet. Samson Expedition Express Good Product!!

I bought this to do a small wedding in the woods. I only needed to cover an airier of 35'X70', I used the mic. input and the audio input for my laptop, where I played music. the speaker has a bit to much base out of the box, but with some adjusting, I was able to get a nice sound from it. they even asked me to turn it down. I an concerned about the battery, it is not accessible, and you know that down the line it will fail and destroy the speaker, but it the job nicely. I did not try the instrument input or the blue- tooth. it needs a thumb screw for the pole mount, which it held onto loosely. I used it for speaking but tested it out for voice, using both the included and a professional grade dynamic microphone. I sing a low D flat 2 octaves below a middle C and an A above before I go falsetto. the speaker preformed well with both mics. The enclosed mic cable is a bit stiff but works OK.
