Feature:
This mixer is full of features not the least is the crossfader. I wish these mixers with FX had user presets so more useful parameters could be used. 3 band EQ per channel. Trim on every channel (but NOT on the stereo channels??).

Quality:
It crapped out on me after about 10 uses. Suddenly it wouldn't power lower frequencies. An internal crossover went bluey. I need better longevity out of my products or they are no use to me.

Value:
Unless you're lucky and get one that lasts you will be left holding your **** at the gig it fails at. You have to bring a backup so buy 2 or 3 of them (or buy a one of a more reliable brand). It should be selling for about $199 so you can buy two or three at a time for backup.

Sound:
It has a decent live sound about average. A plus is the 3 band EQ. It also has a main graphic EQ also a plus. Not as powerful as it should be. 900 watts of Yamaha power seems louder than 900watts of Samson power!

Ease of Use:
If you are familiar with using a mixer this one is easy. If you are inexperienced you would have trouble (with any mixer ). This wedge shaped mixer will rock back and forth if you don't put something under it to keep it steady. It could easily fall of a rack top if you're not careful to secure it with something (like I used a 1 by 2 board). It's an amateur piece.

Overall:
I am not satisfied with it now. I think I lost a client because of it's inability to deliver as needed. I'll look to Mackie now.

Feature:
the compactness of the unit is great [very light]! the eq is great! the effects need to be more effective, powerful! very well built , great buy

Quality:
It seems to be very solid, nothing flashy to look at but, i just worry about how it sounds! Lots of bang for the buck!

Value:
comparable units with this power were 2 to 3 hundred dollars more with less features!!! great value!!!

Desirability:
THIS UNIT IS NOTHING FANCY, OR FLASHY TO LOOK AT !!!! GREAT FEATURES, TECHNICALLY,THE EFFECTS NEED IMPROVEMENT, THE EQ IS GREAT!

Sound:
I am very impressed with the power, ease of use, and the great sound that this unit has! It is so easy to use just plug and play!! the effects could be upgraded [i have to experiment with them a little] but, for the price, power, and sound that i get i give the 910 an a+.

Support:
No need! No problems so far, knock on wood!!!!!! First samson product i have ever purchased! [6 months]

Overall:
Hopefully i'll wear this thing out like my last 2 powered amp systems! the 910's price and power compared to other brands with similar features [ peavey, yamaha, behringer[behringer is awful by the way] is a great sounding unit and a big value!!!! i might by another if this one works well!!

Feature:
My favorite feature is the crossfader. Why this hasn't been done before in a musicians mixer (as opposed to a DJ) is beyond me. I mix a little during breaks and for some clients I can offer this as a bonus (for more money) and don't have to invest in another crappy DJ mixer just to crossfade3 a few songs. n ice! Lots of buttons and bells and whistles on this mixer. I hope they all stay working when I need them.

Quality:
I'm just gonna give this mixer average for quality because I've used a lot of Samson gear over the years and it all has broken on me in some way and usually sooner than later. I hope this is an exception and only time will tell. The gain not working on the stereo channels is a bad sign> I hope it's only my error but ... welll.

Value:
I will only find out what value this mixer has after I use it on many gigs and see what happens. If it keeps on keeping on, I will be back for a high number on this. If not I will not.

Sound:
I can't fault it (yet) for any sound flaws. It amplifies what I put into it like any power and mixer should. There are plenty of ways to adjust or EQ your sound either with the graphic EQ or with the 3 band knobs on each channel. You can set your peak levels right so you get the maximum headroom out of your channel and this will help prevent distortion if done right. This leads to my first complaint though. I find that the peak/gain will not work on the stereo channels on my mixer. No funtion at all. I looked in the sparce amnual and it gave me no clue as to why this is happening. Too bad 'cause I'm using it at a gig tomorrow and don't have time to mess with it or look for repairs. The EFX are too low in the mix (complaint #2) and you have to max out the master EFX dial to get decnt amounts of effects. Some of the effects are stronger in the mix and others are lost in the background. I don't have time to do major tweeking everytime I change the effect. I work alone and too much dialing and pushing buttons and tweeking take away from the performance. This should be corrected in later models of this mixer.

Support:
They've answerd my emails fairly quickly and if I thought it was worth it I'd send my broken Samson gear to them for repair. They get an 8 just for offering.

Value:
$500.00 is a lot of money for something that does not work that well outside of the studio.

Desirability:
Not sexy.

Sound:
For 900 watts, I found the sound to be extremely weak. Also, the effects are very lacking. I can't get the volume I want. I was looking for power. I did not find it in this product. It does sound very good in small setting (e.g., your living room or very small club). Great clarity insmall settings. At an outdoor setting, listeners complained they could not hear it.

Overall:
I'm returning it tommorrow.
