10 out of 10Feature:
Turn on, crank to max. Done.
Quality:
Good stuff. Knobs could be better.
Value:
Worth the money. Had trouble with Crowns.
Sound:
I have an SX1200 and an SX1800. They are very clean. I run them down to 2 ohms with no problem whatsoever. No overheating, no clipping, no tripping.
We use a bunch of Bose 802's, not an issue.
Ease of Use:
Ditto.
Support:
NA
Overall:
I expect to use them til they die, and then buy more. Actually I need another 1800.

10 out of 10Feature:
The protection circuit is such a great feature. I've seen amps much more expensive (and powerful) that lacked this essential feature. The Speakon connectors are also great additions.
Quality:
I bought a B-stock amp and I only noticed minor scrapes on the top, nothing that wouldn't happen anyway. It works like a charm, very heavy, and well made. The handles on the front are great since I don't have a rack and I bring it with me from gig to gig.
Value:
Great amp for the price. Perfect to drive a PA system in a small to medium venue.
Desirability:
It's got a clean simple front. The filters for the fan are easy to clean, and look pretty good too.
Sound:
The sound produced by this amp is great. I get very crisp high ends and deep strong bass. I've used it for DJing and for a PA system with 2 mics and keyboards. Input always comes from a Yamaha mixer, and output goes to two Electro Voice cabs.
Ease of Use:
Just plug it in and go. Choseing between parallel, stereo or mono is really easy.
Support:
I haven't had to call them with any problems however the manual is so well written. It's friendly, and simplifies things for anyone to understand.
Overall:
I love this amp, and have no complaints. I might expand my system and pick up a second one of these to drive the monitors.
