The plug in transmitter is great, but the product is cheaply made. Not rugged at all.

Quality:
Cheap plastic, very fragile.

Value:
You get what you don't pay for.

Looks great, doesn't work as good as it looks.

Sound:
Poor quality sound, lots of swisshing. Cuts out in close range.

Support:
Phone message (during business hours) said "we'll call you tomorow." They didn't. They didn't respond to my Email either. Unit would not perform properly, not response from manufacturer. I returned it.

Overall:
Manufacturer didn't respond. DOn't want to be married to them. Returned it.
