Sound: From Frampton to Bon Jovi and every thing in between. The gain control lets you adjust the "sizzle" so you can get a very clean tone all the way to a fully fuzzed out tone. Feature: The gain, volume and tone control give you a huge range of sound. Ease of Use: if you can hook up a stomp box, you can hook this up. Easy as they come. Quality: Built like a tank. Value: Great effect at a very affordable price. Manufacturer Support: have not had to use them. I use it all the time and it has never let me down The Wow Factor: The talk box is absolutely a head turner. Creates a very memorable element to our gigs. Overall: I don't see it failing any time soon. I would absolutely replace if it were lost or stolen. I love how easy it is to use. My ONLY issue is that I wish the tube were a little more flexible. With the stiff tube, the microphone can tend to "walk" when using a boom stand
