It was easy to put together and the price was perfect. Quality: This stand arrived in the box, but disheveled state. Only one of the name tie downs was holding the pieces in place. The rest were in a pile in the box, pressed together and had caused tears and gouges in the foam padding. When I tried to overlook that, along with the rust (oxidation) that had accumulated on the padding for some reason I found that the package did not include any of the required nuts to go along with the bolts, so I had no way of putting this thing together. I gave up and asked for a return. Products are much better when they arrive in a new state and when you can tell the company cares about their products. When they arrive like this there is very little good you can say about the thing, except that it is a good idea and would have been nice if it was new on arrival and not beat up.
