Sound:
the sound of plate,and hall reverbs is very good. it also has nice tape echo ( the old roland tape space echo sound) it's quite impressive!!

Overall:
this roland effects card is not a cheap item- it does provide nice eefects!

The onboard effects are amazing.. the edit menu is definatly a bonus.. i use it in all my studio applications and have actually produce radio hits with the vs-1880 and VS8f-2 expansion pack!! I also use Boss and Emac processors, but the unique sound and control over the roland on board processing takes my breath away, literually in the studio!
