9 out of 10Feature:
Great selection of modeling- better than a POD xt
Quality:
I'm a little concerned about the input jack. I've seen it break in the store.
Sound:
This is the best sounding 60 watt ss combo amp I've found. If you don't have the $$ for a mesa or jc-120, this will tide you over.
Ease of Use:
easy
Support:
They mail parts to you easily.
Overall:
Don't skimp with the Cube 30- Get the 60! 30 extra watts for $100...
I bought the 30, loved it- but it was underpowered. This has a presence function that is useful and more outs.
The 60 is the next best thing before you have the $ for a Mesa or some amazing $2000 amp.

10 out of 10Feature:
It would be nice if each effect had a different knob, but that would be mostly unnecessary. And a foot switch would be useful
Quality:
Wow...Mine's been through a lot. I mean, I use it for BASS, and it's a guitar amp. any normal guitar amp would die in weeks from that, but this has lasted for almost a year of bass.
The only thing that's ever happened was the plastic ring around theinput jack cracked when I was using it for vocals and our singer yanked the cord to hard. but you can just use one from an ext. speaker spot.
Value:
there are better amps out there, but they're all way outside this price range
Desirability:
It doesn't look like much...Except for the steel grate.
Sound:
This thing sounds awesome, I got it a few years back for my birthday, and hasn't failed me yet. I've used it for guitar, bass, vocals, acoustic guitars, amplifying cds and mp3s, and it's never blown out, or made that annoying cracking noise. The clean channel with the bright switch is pretty cool, but I really only use the superawesome distortion this thing has. Just switch it to "metal", crank up the gain, and you'll be ready to bust out some seriously chunky riffs, or some melodic lead goodness
Ease of Use:
Really easy to use
Support:
never had to deal with'em, and that's the best kind
Overall:
Good sound, amazingly dependable. If mine broke I'd probably see if roland sells the head by itself.

10 out of 10Feature:
good selection of different sounds but no pedal included... what a shame!
Quality:
long life, durable, sturdy...
Value:
a little on the dear side but very good quality for price
Desirability:
looks and sounds... WICKED!
Sound:
good clean sound, totally wicked 'mesa/boogie rectifier 'sound''
really good with EMG active pickups(81/85)
Ease of Use:
plug in and play
Overall:
i need something louder, but good for small venues and practicing

10 out of 10Feature:
It came with one pedal which only controls one effect,it needs a pedal that controls all three--the most useful feature is being able to switch from amp model to another. This amp is built strong and is road worthy
Quality:
This is amp is made like tank and looks great, easy to get from one gig to another is a real road warrior, quality was allright except the handle could be stonger ,if it has weak point it might be here, but iam sure not sweating it.
Value:
It holds its on price and beats some big boys
Desirability:
Its just an amp man
Sound:
it has a strong sound and holds togather when the playing gets hard. It can compete with the big boys in coming through the haze.
Ease of Use:
Great sounds come easy, you can color the sound anyway you like it either hot or smooth and cool and the learning curve if there is one its just learning what makes your sound come alive. The manual is ok
Support:
Have had no problems
Overall:
This amp is a keeper for where it is used it has all that I need for now.I would only look for something only if I was in HUGE place I will add other effects.I compared it with others that cost alot more with the same specs and felt I was paying for the name only

9 out of 10Feature:
Didn't come with any accessories, but the modeling deserves a 10.
Quality:
As far as overall quality, this amp is well constructed. Very durable, and the sunken control panel keeps the knobs shielded.
Value:
Simply put, there are better amps out there, but for this price and beyond, nothing compares. The small price tag attached to this amp is its best asset.
Desirability:
Personally, I prefer the more classic look of Marshall amps, but Roland did an alright job on making this look attractive. Just looking at the dimensions (approx 16x17x10 inches) makes this amp seem small and underpowered. Beneath the surface though, this amp packs a punch beyond its size. It is definately much more desirable if you have a chance to play it rather than simply look at it on the internet.
Sound:
The Cube-60 has incredible sound for its price and size, especially the acoustic setting. Even on my shoddy Washburn guitar with stock pickups, the modeling allows me to choose a large variety of sounds. Also, the volume control is very sensitive, and a slight tweaking allows easy equalization for jamming.
Overall:
Overall, this amp is a solid product. If, like me, you are looking to upgrade from a little 15w amp but not get a stack yet, I highly recommend this amp. If you have a few spare minutes, watch the NAMM Booth demo video for this product, it does a good job of presenting this product, albiet in a slightly biased way.

8 out of 10Feature:
VERY PLEASED WITH THE EFFECTS ON BOTH ENDS.I PERSONALLY USE ALOT OF CHORUS AND DELAY AND BOTH ARE EXELLENT.WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT KIND OF SPEAKERS ARE USED IN THE AMP.
Value:
WELL WORTH THE PRICE SHOWN.
Desirability:
THE APPEAL AND VERSATIL SPECS OF THIS AMP HAVE BLEW ME AWAY.I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THIS A PART OF MY COLLECTION.
Sound:
IT IS LIKE A HALF-STACK IN A SINGLE SPEAKER.EXELLENT SOUND QUALITY EVEN WITH THE EFFECTS,WHERE SOME AMPS ARE LACKING.I AM PERSONALLY LOOKING TO PURCHASE ONE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.THIS AMP DELIVERS TO THE STYLE THAT I PLAY AND THEN SOME.I AM CURIOUS TO TRY THE CUBE 60 ON A LIVE GIG.I THINK THAT ROLAND SHOULD PRODUCE A HALFSTACK VERSION.......PLEASE I AM BEGGING
Overall:
BEING AS THOUGH THE AMP IS ALL DIGITAL I WOULD PROBABLY NEVER HAVE TO REPLACE ANYTHING BUT THE SPEAKER IF IT WERE TO GO.OF COURSE I WOULD REPLACE IT IF IT WERE STOLEN...COME ON

10 out of 10Feature:
Nice modeling, about 50 thousand combinations of sounds to play with!
Quality:
Built to last, very sturdy.
Value:
VERY well worth the price, I couldn't believe the difference between it and my starter amp.
Desirability:
Glowing killer blues lights like Kustom would be nice, but this is kind of sexy in it's straight forward "I'm gonna blow some excellent sounds into your knees" attitude. Maybe I should get an amp stand now that I think about it.
Sound:
Sounds *great*. I suck at guitar, and this makes me sound almost, uh, not crappy.

haven't used their support yet

7 out of 10Feature:
It has just about any feature you need & you can look them up the specs on the web. I like the modeling, effects, and the ability to control them with the footswitches. Also the tuner output jack so you don't have to have the tuner in your signal chain. This truly a nice guitar-cable-amp rig. You don't have to carry extra effects.
Quality:
Very solid build quality.
Value:
A lot of amp for the money.
Sound:
This sound review is based on my tone interests which are 60's Rock, Blues, Jazz, & County.
I've use a Gibson Standard LP, American Telecaster, MIM Standard Stratocaster w/ Kinman AV69 pups, & Ibanez Artcore AM73 & they all sound as good though this amp as they do though my HRD or my 59 Bassman RI.
I use the default JC120 clean channel for chords & I have added the footswitch to change the channel for lead boost which is set to Tweed modeling. I add a modest level of reverb & little to no presence. The Tweed modeling tone is easily adjusted to taste with the gain setting.
I have also be able to achieve some very convincing Acoustic modeling by adjusting treble/mid/bass levels which is better than the Micro Cube. The Classic or Modern Stack & Rectifier modeling offers some good OD rock tone but not something I would use very often.
I give this a (7) because in my opinion an (8) would be like a Fender Tweed Bassman, (9) would be a VOX hand wired AC30 & (10) would be a Dumble. With company like this, my rating is actually intended to be very good.
Overall:
I bought this based on my experience with my Roland Micro Cube. I was looking for a powerful light weight SS amp w/ good tone for hauling around & this amp fits that need very nicely. It won't replace my tube amps but this is the best SS amp I have tried at this price.

9 out of 10Feature:
Feature loaded for the money..I just use two footswitches for clean/amp model and effects on/off there's a jack for delay/reverb, but I just set this and leave it-no real need for the third switch.
Quality:
Very sturdy..I've had great luck with all their stuff over the years.
Value:
You won't regret this one. Versatile enough and loud enough to do it all--no need to buy pedals with the great amp models and built in effects.
Desirability:
I'm sure once people get on to the new cube, you'll see them everywhere. I don't work for Roland! Thanks for this great amp Roland!
Sound:
I got the micro cube first; great portable amp! The cube 60 does it all! Really loud with great tone and effects. I love the tweed setting..you can get great blues, rock & roll and jazz tones from this one.
Support:
Haven't needed them so no comment here.
Overall:
I can get such a variety of top notch sounds with this amp for any style..it keeps your load light and set up simple without sacrificing sound and versatility.
