Upside: almost everything about it. The instrument (a midi interface in fact, as it needs a software synth on a computer) allows you to produce sounds unlike any I have heard before. Bluetooth works fine with Mac Pro.Downside: needs a charger, USB charging is slow.

An incredible instrument, with the 49 released I am still not upset this little controller is incredible has great battery life and travels well. The case it ships in is nice but it will need some kind of cover it is not very road worthy on its own but don't let that stop you it is a very new and expressive device!

Firstly, this thing is some new, next level stuff in terms of control and expression. I love that and I am and would recommend it to someone experienced working with synths and MIDI controllers already, for sure. As with all pioneering technology though, you're going to run into the occasional bump in the road. Do I think it's ready for prime time in your studio right away? Maybe not. But I do think if you add it as an experimental part of your workflow you'll find a home for it eventually and, at the same time, work through any hiccups that might come up without it getting in the way of any deadlines.
