Sound: The New Rogers "Trailblazer" 5 piece drumset sounds excellant! Best buy of any drum set under $1000.00 The Hardware is the best hardware Ive seen on drumsets in and above its price range! Feature: The Rogers trailblazer includes all hardware with the kit, all birch/poplar wood for the drum shells, dynamite colors for the drums. Ease of Use: Set-up and tune, I used remo drum heads, and saved the rogers head skins. From very good to great. Quality: Yes, an unbelievable value for the money! Thank you! Rogers/Yamaha Kit will last a very long time. The Kit comes with a double-bass foot pedal that can be used with one pedal or two! Value: Yes,tremendous value! Manufacturer Support: Great customer service,I called and asked for a part and got it in 1 week! The Wow Factor: Highly recommended, buy this now! Run to the store to get one! Overall: Satisfied Forever!

Sound: The sound if this set would have to be defined as "Less than Satisfactory" not by any means terrible. It just does not satisfy the drummer, my main issue is it isn't loud enough, and you have to really know your tuning to a get a good sound of them. As with any other drum set. I would use coated emperors to get the best sound out of these. Feature: It came with hardware, bad hardware, that will fall, especiall the snare basket. Came with cymbals, but most cymbals made by drum companies are not good, so I wasn't expecting much, nor should I have, bad cymbals. Ease of Use: It is playable, once tuned right, but for the price, you can get a much better set. Quality: The drums are sturdy though and the paint job is beautiful. Value: Depends. The Wow Factor: The Finish, and paint is amazing for drums this price, I must admit. Overall: This set, with new hardware is good for beginners. But for intermediate - expert, terrible.
