Overall:
I've had this thing for over 3 years now . I play at least twice a week sometimes more every week all year round . All the stands I use are double braced , 4 booms ,hi-hat,snare,stool,tom mounts,and Yamaha bouble pedal . It all fits in the bag along with the stic bag and extra parts that I fit in one of the side bags . I haul it in the back of my truck and sometimes it gets rained on . The wheels are starting to show some wear , but other than that it's holding up very well , no rips or tears and all the zippers are perfect . This along with a Rock-n-Roller cart allowes me to load in and out in one trip ! If you dont have a roadie this is the bag to get .

Feature:
Its alright...

Quality:
is that the wheels bust so easily. One trip down 4 stairs with 4-5 boom stands and the wheels turned to shards of plastic, mind you I had this thing for about 2 weeks when this happend. Asked Zzounds if they could send me a new wheel, was told no problem... later I had to buy new wheels at Home depot for this thing, don't go to Warick they want you to replace the entire caddy system to get new wheels.

Value:
When the wheels are replaces it works great. But with the problems I had I would say look into another company that makes a similar product.

Desirability:
Warwick has failed on the simple concept that a drum caddy shoudl help you caddy around your drums. MEssage to Warwick: Stop using cheap parts and maybe people will want this product.

Sound:
This thing sounds awful now that the wheels have completly busted and that metal dragging on cement sound is really grating.

Ease of Use:
1. Open place 2. place in stands 3. Zip up 4. take it with you

Support:
For a broken wheel for something this expensive they Warwick should have sent me new wheels. No responce.

Overall:
Pretty sucky...

Quality:
I use this for putting speaker and mic stands in it. No worse wear and tear than drum equipment, I would think. The top is torn below the zipper and today was the last straw. The wheel broke, so I need to buy a replacement wheel. It's been used about 30 times a year for the last three years. I expected a better quality product.

Value:
Got it for $60 bucks, so a good deal there.
