I've used this stand for years now on gigs including the Venetian in Vegas for large trade shows as well as in all the local Phoenix clubs I play weekly and I love it. I put in index cards sequential to our song list with the 3 basic elements of any song (verse chords, chorus chords and bridege chords) plus any intro notes I may need and it works fine. Granted not HUGE lettering but a standard index works fine for every song I've done from swing, country, funk, classic 70's, 80's, 90's rock, blues, disco, ballad, etc.and I put it about chest level on a mike stand within clear reading distance without looking like you're even looking away from a mike or I can just stand a few feet away from the mike and see my notes clearly. For bands that don't think "notes" are cool...that's your hangup! Whatever works is the bottom line and this is a great solution to reading notes without being obvious (not that you have to be "glued" to your notes but it's a good quick ref. whenever you may need it. I additionally stretch a "mini bungee" (bought at Chief Auto in a plastic bottle) across my cards & the holder to keep any air movement from knocking cards off especially in outdoor gigs and it works great.

Features
The most useful feature is that it eliminates the visual of a free standing floor type music stand when a band would prefer not to have that kind of stage clutter.
Ease of Use
It works well with standard index cards.
Quality
I've thrown it into a diddy bag for years with no special treatment and it has lasted fine.
Value
It's priced fine for being no more complex a fixture than it is.
Manufacturer Support
Not really applicable since I've never had any isssues with it
The Wow Factor
What can I say about a simple practical fixture? It wouldn't impress any chicks but it serves its function.

It really is note-card small. I did, in fact, try it with small pieces of paper. I mounted it to a boom stand to get it positioned perfectly for the singer to see it over the isolation shield. The actual mounting hardware, while effective, has a limited range of angle adjustment. We found that if you add a rubber band, it works great as a budget tablet/smart-phone holder. I think we will take it for use at live shows as it is very unobtrusive and seems durable. If you spent more you could get more, but this is good for what it is at the price.

Completely expected to be satisfied until I opened up the box and wondered "honey, who shrunk my stand?!?"

Features
Careful... this thing is barely big enough to hold a postcard. I think the picture is deceiving and certainly shouldn't be used to hold more than a small letter sized sheet. I'm not sure it would even hold a full 8 1/2 x 11 sheet w/o having the sheet fall over the back of this item...
Quality
Basically a 5x8 piece of plastic... I wouldn't suggest that this could hold very much.
