Feature:
Foot pedal built like a tank with a nice long cord

Quality:
Nicely made and looks good

Value:
Killer deal. There are amps with a similar configuration that do sound better butter they are 3x what this one costs. In this price range for an all-tube combo, this amp is a gem.

Desirability:
Cool brand, unique. Looks good.

Sound:
Good tube sound. Plenty of power for hobbyist or club gigs Take time to dial in the low, mid, high. Switching from classic gain to the modern gain you have to re-adjust your levels and gain. The spring reverb is a little lacking and does have the sound like a twin reverb but none-the-less 1 less pedal to buy.

Support:
No experience with support

I think this is one of the best built amps I have seen. I used to have only Fenders and they suck the netting in front of the speakers comes off.

Value:

I think this is a real looking amp. Looks dont mean a dam.

Sound:
The sound is great. I play classic rock, blues, to heavy metal, to modern rock. This amp can do it all!!!

Support:
No problems at all. Havent had to deal with Randall company.

Overall:
This amp helped me find the sound I wanted with not spending thousands of dollars, and I can use this in any situation at home in my basement in the studio or on stage. It does it all...and yes I have used it for all of these situations. This can be used for beginners to experts
