I am finally going to replace it, as I've finally just beat it beyond what I feel like patching up - but I am only replacing the base Z unit and 2nd tier. The rest of the parts will last another 10 years easy. If you don't bang it around every weekend like I do, you will never need to buy another stand. it is the *only* stand I've been able to easily mount any keyboard at just about any angle. The only thing I wish it could do is fold down easier.
Features
Pretty much all the accessories I need. 2nd/3rd Tier, Mic boom
Ease of Use
Wish it was more fold-able. I don't fully tear it down, as that only leads to wear & teaa of parts (handscrews)
Quality
I've played over 800(!) gigs with this stand in 10 years, with three HEAVY keyboards on it, getting banged around in the truck in temps ranging from -30F to +105F and shuffling in and out of every imaginable situation. I did have to re-weld a couple of joints and replace handscrews a few times, but considering the abuse and weight this stand has endured, any damage to it was due to my own recklessness with it. I *do* wish the hand-screws were all-metal, as sooner or later the plastic will crack after several hundred re-tightenings in cold weather. The handscrews were dirt-cheap to replace.
Value
Costs more, but you get what you pay for. If you are gigging heavily and want something to stand up to abuse, this will fit the bill well.
Manufacturer Support
Every spare part I've needed, I've gotten.
The Wow Factor
I did try to switch to a different 3-tier stand last year (standtastik), but after 2 gigs I went back to my trusty QL Z726L. Several folks said the QL looked "a lot cooler on stage"

As soon as I get this stand accessorized, I'll have everything I need for years to come.Quality looks top shelf, and did I mention Solid and Sturdy?
Sound
Not Applicable
Features
The Z-726L does not come with any accessories.Although many accessories are available from Quicklok..QLX1,Z-709,Z-710,Z-711,Z712,Z714,Z728,Z-731,Z732,ZM-90,ZM-91,ZM-92,ZM-93,ZM-99.I intend to purchase the Z-728 Mic stand. The Z-726L of course has a second tier. As far as "Wish it had", I would say more fold-a-bility.
Quality
The Z-726L is a quality piece.Good fit-n-finish.Reliability:Too early to make a call, only used it for two gigs so far.Dependability:This stand is awesome with my Roland XV-88 on bottom and Korg CX-3 up top.It also looks much more pro than my other stand. This stand is SOLID.It supports my rig far and away better than my AX48 did.No comparison. And guess what, put as many pedals on the ground as you want.Nothing is in the way that would prevent the pedals from sitting nice and flat on the floor.
Value
Good value
Manufacturer Support
Haven't had to corresponded with Quiklok yet.As a side note, the packaging was very sturdy from the factory. No dents/scratches when received via UPS.
The Wow Factor
If solid and sturdy are sexy, then this stand is hot. As I mentioned earlier, this stand looks great and very pro.It is black in color. So far I,m very pleased with the Z-726L.
