Sound: It works great. And it is versatile. The issue is replacement batteries and the availability to get them if I need some. You should offer replacement batteries as part of the check out process or part of the purchasing process. Feature: None Ease of Use: I can tune my guitar while a speaker is talking and i do not need to strum loudly. It picks up any slight vibration on the string. It's Great. Quality: By far it is better than a plug-in Korg tunner powered by a "AAA" battery. I have both and prefer Planet waves headstock tuner Value: It is worth the money. Manufacturer Support: No, but the item arrived with out any issues.

Sound: It's got a warm, woolly sound; rich and fuzzy. Perfectly balanced highs and lows without any ringing overtones or uncontrolled resonances. Feature: It features an uncanny ability to determine the frequency at which an object is vibrating and translate it to a musical pitch. This allows me to align all three of my guitar's strings to a standard reference. Magical. Ease of Use: Clips on and stays put. I thought the fixed viewing angle might pose a problem but the display is quite readable from most any reasonable angle. Quality: It hasn't yet melted, exploded, or disintegrated in any way, or caused damage to my person or property. Its build quality seems congruous with its price. No problems yet. Value: I was gonna buy a second one until I realized that I hadn't lost my first one. The Wow Factor: It's small, it's tight, it's fit, it makes the ladies scream with glee... or maybe yawn with disinterest; I've not yet learned the difference. In any case, it appealed to my refined sense of taste and style so I bought it. Overall: This baby's all that and a bag of chips.
