9 out of 10Feature:
A well thought out product!
Quality:
This is a well made product.
Value:
It's well worth the price.
Desirability:
This device is more of a "practical" item rather than a "WOW" item!
Sound:
N/A - it's a hand exerciser!
Ease of Use:
This little device is amazingly efficient! At first, you'll realize that your hands really DO need some exercise.(I'm using the blue, or "light" version.) I found that my finger strength had improved a lot in a less than two week period.
You don't need to use it for long periods of time, either! I use while watching TV, probably for less than 1/2 hour per day. A few minutes here and there add up quickly!
Support:
Don't really know, since I haven't needed any! I doubt that this device will ever actually break.
Overall:
I don't see this Gripmaster wearing out in the future. I bought the optional "Ruffcaps" that slip over the finger pads, and have ridges which augment your callouses. they're kind of expensive for what they are, but they have definitely helped me, as a person returning to the world of playing after a 25-year layoff!

10 out of 10Feature:
I teach guitar lessons. The progress of the younger kids was slower due to lack of strength and toughness in the hands. I got them each a Gripmaster (extra light tension) with the caps for toughening the fingertips and told them to use them for 3 minutes, 2X a day (in the car on the way to and from school). They progressed a lot faster, and were excited about their success with the guitar. This was much better than the frustration I was seeing before. I plan to continue to use these with my students.
Value:
Considering what they're paying me for lessons, this is a tremendous money saver for the parents. It costs less than 1 month, and increases the student's ability tremendously.
Desirability:
Hey, it works.
