This is my first true DAW and I have to say, for someone without any prior knowledge on doing any kind of recording at home, this little box is awesome. I have not had the time yet to dig in to all that it has to offer but looking forward to learning more.
It helps that PreSonus has tutorial videos on this thing. Helps a lot.
Don't hesitate in getting this great DAW.

The microphone is a great microphone to start out with, especially for the price. The Software is very user friendly, not hard to install or use. It is up to date. The interface is as easy as the description says...plug in and use. It does not read it once in a while, but I just unplug and plug it back in. It is worth the money if your wanting to start recording your own music.

I bought this to goof around while my friends home studio was out of commission. After I received it I was supposed to find that it's actually a pretty nice setup. It's easy to use, and easy setup. The microphone is decent, I've got some pretty good sounding recordings out of it. The only complaint I have is the software. I've been recording on my iPad, and I had to purchase another app. Overall this is a good buy.

The quality of this bundle is outstanding. Built like a tank. The Studio One Artist 3 software is very user friendly and sounds amazing. The headphones sound deep and clear. No real burn in required like other headphones. Very Happy.

i was kinda skeptical about this site because of some of the reviews i read. but i have to say, this site is legit. this bundle is great. everything works 100%. the package came on time. and they allow you to make monthly payments, which is perfect for me. i will be a returning customer. 10/10

First.... be warned that the AudioBox iTwo mic input 1 requires you to turn it to 8 or 9 out of 10 on the dial before the signal light will come one and you will hear any live sound from the mic through the headphones. Second... PreSonus does not provide phone support for their products, so you only have the option to use their online form to ask questions or read their vast support knowledge base. Third... tech support will only redirect you to their knowledge base rather than answer your question, so plan on hours of reading to find the answer on your own and Forth... the Plugin-Alliance add-ons will not work in the provided Studio One Artist version. Tech support from Alliance will confirm that so that is one less perk in the package to be aware of. They will tell you need to upgrade to the professional version to use their plugins. Fifth... after a few back and forth communication on my first and only ticket, I received a blocked message when trying to download the installer for Studio One Artist.
Sound
Couldn't get sound until I turned the input 1 gain to 8 of 10. Very frustrating to find out that this is normal operation. Not sure why their is a gain adjustment regardless.

Returned the product for other stated reasons.
Ease of Use
Very difficult and huge learning curve. This is definitely a product for more experienced users NOT a newbie.
Quality
Unknown and doesn't matter without good live customer support.
Value
Is typical, but it is not user friendly for someone new to setting up a home studio for the first time. Customer support was the worst I've ever had.
Manufacturer Support
You only have the option to communicate through online support tickets in spite of listing a phone number. Their phone system will reinforce this in the option instructions saying they do not have live support for Studio One.
