5 out of 10Feature:
My parents got the set so some of the parts got lost. I found that peavy did not use standard threads on anything so I had to hunt for replacement parts. (Lost cymbal and throne nuts)
Quality:
The finish is peeling off after a few years. Other than that it looks good and won't break. Doesn't sound great but its solid
Value:
Good beginner set get new cymbals and heads. I wish there was a boom stand and the cymbal stands were a little heavier (they fall over playing punk beats).
Sound:
Personally, I got it and it sounds as good as my friend's CB set I'm using now. However, after looking around it definitely sounds like a beginner set.
Toms:
The toms aren't too bad, I perfer mounts on the lugs, and promounts not bass drum through mounts.
I use the floor tom for stuff like Paramore, and Underoath, and it is perfect! The other toms leave room to be desired.
Snare:
I don't like the snare at all, the head gave out after a month of regular use. Even with Remo Emperors on there, it still sounds like a beginner concert snare, not a rock snare. Too metallic, I prefer a wood snare, just my pref.
Bass:
Not too bad for a shallow bass drum. Get a muffler on there, but watch out its resonance deadens quick since it is so shallow.
Overall:
I have played drums off and on for about 5 years on this set and it has been a work horse and now I am looking for a deeper sound since I know the tone I want. Good beginner set, price wise you pay less than what you get, but in drums that's not much when a snare can easily set you back more than this set is worth.

7 out of 10Feature:
it diddnt include that many accessories, just cheap drum sticks and a key.
Quality:
the bass drum peadel wears out after about a year of use. You also have to keep the bass ddrum lugs threaded or it will become cross threaded and you wont be able to get it out.
Value:
good quality for OK price.
Desirability:
looks good nothin spectacular.
Sound:
the hi hats and crash ride are good for beginners but you should up grade them if you are looking for better sound. All of the other drums sound good if you tune them properly.
Support:
ive been lucky I havnt had to have it fixed or serviced.
Overall:
I like the way that it sounds with after market symbols.

8 out of 10Feature:
Just the stuff which usually comes with a drum kit.
Quality:
Solid, good quality, seems it will last quite a while, might have to change the toms and snare skins sometimes though.
Value:
It's really cheap pricewise! That's very good!
Desirability:
Pretty good looking, but nothing too fancy.
Sound:
The sound is very good, but you'll have to tune the toms often.
Support:
Never really had to deal with them, but they seem okay,
Overall:
I will keep it a long time, for it's a good drum for the price. What I like the most is the fact that it took no time to get used to it, what I like the least is that I have to tune the toms quite often.

8 out of 10Feature:
The hardware is pretty good, the mounts for the toms are really sturdy, especially if ya lock em in place. Don't go by the other reviews on the
hi hat stand, the spring has held up well for the 2 months I have owned it.
Quality:
Solid and sturdy, no problems yet with anything (and I move em to band practice at least once a week).
Desirability:
It just a drum set, but the metallic claret (purple) color looks better in person than in web site pics.
Sound:
The heads are OK for what comes on the set, just use a little weather stripping (home depot, lowes-saves$$$$) to muffle the sound to your liking. I do recommend getting some decent hi-hat and other cymbals. What comes with it ain't the best and the 18" crash/ride has no sustain.
Support:

Overall:
I have added a few things already, cymbals for now. I plan on getting 2 ply heads next and a roc-n-soc throne.

1 out of 10Quality:
The high hat stand is poor and the bass pedal squeaks like a mouse with a trapped tail but a bit of oil sorts it out
Value:
one of the best first kit prices but I live in the UK so....
Desirability:
I bought the green version, the blue looked real cheap thou
Sound:
It sounds prety good but i only us it as a practice kit with damping pads, the cymbals suck, I changed them for Sabian B8's and added a crash.
Support:
no
Overall:
I bought this kit because it was cheap and I just wanted a practice kit, its worth upgrading the cymbals ASAP, Im also going to get a new high hat stand, its a bit flimsy

9 out of 10Feature:
Everything was great, the color, the hardware, everything except one thing...i didnt seem to get the in between padding for the high hats...I can still hit them but i cant use the pedal. Still, no biggy since im just a beginner.
Quality:
Good quality. Wouldn't suggest for on the road however...
Value:
Great value. You get everything a beginning drummer needs for a mediocre price...
Sound:
Good sound overall. The snare echoes a teeny bit, but no big problem for me, since im just a beginner.
Overall:
I'll probably be satisfied until i get bored with drums i guess...I dont think i'll have enough money to buy a drumset in the next few years since i'll be saving up for other things...

Sound:
i think this is for jazz or something because the hi hats make a roaring sound when hit open.
