Quality parts - does what it says on the box.

Quality:
Spot on - that's why you buy one!

Value:
YES - good value for money but NOT cheap.

Desirability:
Black Widow - sounds good to me.

Sound:
What a lot of bottom end - 5 string bass - no problemo - thick and creamy or knock the wall down percussive - whatever you send it - it can handle it.

Support:
Never needed them - that's really good.

Overall:
Apart from much more expensive speakers, you can't really do better
