I have the Peterson clip on tuner but I had no idea how much better this StroboPlus HD would be! First, it's way larger than what it looks like in online pictures which is a good thing. The display is easy on the eyes and it makes tuning a breeze! Spend a little bit more on money and you won't regret this!

Previously, I used a chromatic tuner for years. But now, never again. The Peterson StroboPlus HP is the best thing since sliced bread. Now that I can get a decent tuning on my instruments,WOW!!! I have purchased quality instruments over the years and now I am able to enjoy the quality sounds that they are capable of producing. They no longer sound like "cigar boxes". So far, it has been worth every penny invested. Too bad that I didn't find out about strobe tuners many years ago.

I have owned many tuners from top competitors of with similar functions but this one from peterson works the best. It captures a note and quickly displays where its at accurate tunning is way faster than the finicky analog/digital needles that take too long to tune any instrument and much cost more. I have been using those since 1986 pretty much every other model now shifting over to use a strobo type is much easie than I thought.

I have had an old original analog Conn Strobe tuner for longer than I care to admit so when I tried other modern digital tuners they didn't have that instant micro response that I was used to. The Peterson is super responsive and extremely accurate and suitable for critical recording environments and guitar repair. Easy to use, great for alternate tunings, highly recommended.

First saw a Peterson strobe being used by a guitar tech who bragged on it so much that I decided to get one for my personal use. No regrets at all! Easy to use and the sweetener tunings are the bomb! Got the clip on adapter for acoustic guitar, and added the metronome feature as well. This thing is nice.
