Sound: Well it's a guitar strap. A wee bit misleading one side is charcoal grey & the other side is the natural color so at first it looks like the wrong color was sent until you open it. Other than that, it's Great!!! Feature: N/A Ease of Use: N/A Quality: Looks good to me me. Value: It is/was comparably priced if not better. Manufacturer Support: No. But the service was on time & securely shipped. The Wow Factor: I find this item very appealing & it's practicality is well noted as soon as you see it, it's comfort level is obvious as well. Overall: I'm generally satisfied with what I purchased & I'm sure that it's purpose will be served, thank you for your time & consideration.
