Quality:
Appears to be a well crafted piece, machine cutout, etc. Smooth finish, but horrible graphic colors.

Value:
Appears strong, well made,

Desirability:
This is the area that the item failed to my opinion. The design is embossed on decent leather, it appears, but then is painted with chrome-metallic paint, which made the rose design appear cheap and gaudy. Toning down the colors to practical colors would have really made this a nice strap, but gold leaves and red rose colors get this otherwise nice strap place on a secondary guitar, not my beautiful new ax!

.... and the hole slips over the button.... simple

Support:
Cant see taking away points for this, does anyone ever need tech support for a guitar strap?

Overall:
I'm looking for a replacement as I write.
