This was the perfect product for my needs. There's lots of options on pedal boards these days, but with this route you get ultimate control on look, layout, usability, and quality of all the components (power supply, pedals, etc.)
Sound
This has no impact on sound.
Features
I love this pedal board, as I see it as the perfect pedal board "kit". You get a solid frame, velcro, and bracket to mount your external power supply. (I use the Voodoo labs Power 2 Plus) I had to drill 4 small holes, but really wasn't a big deal. This is perfect for those that want to build your own, but don't have the time/patience to start from scratch. The flexibility is great! The PRO is a BIG BOARD. If you have enough pedals for this bad-boy, you will probably need 2 power supplies. Also, go to pedal train's site, and you can get link to purchase a second bracket set for your second supply.
Ease of Use
This was very straightforward in use and application. If you can drill 4 small holes, you can build your customized pedal board exactly to your spec's, given the frame size options you choose.
Quality
Very durable, love the metal frame. I went with the soft case, as my board is primarily used in my home studio. The case is perfect if it's going in your car to a gig. If you need to stack it in with lots of gear, or into a trailer, the hard case is probably a better route to go.
Value
If you want to customize your own, this is best bang for your buck. You have control, and you get to organize to your liking. The gaps in the top give nice room for hiding cables, and keeping a clean appearance on top. Do measure your pedal needs though before buying. The PRO is very large, and really needs 2 power supplies if you plan to fill it up.
Manufacturer Support
No issues or need to contact them.
The Wow Factor
This was the perfect product for my needs.

This is a very sturdy, well built pedal board. Feels very solid when you step on a stomp box, and there's room for a ton of pedals. I'd highly recommend it. The soft case is sturdy and doesn't break your back.

Simple but well thought out design. Room to sling a Voodoo Labs Pedal Power 2 underneath (and the board came with brackets for just that), velcro tape for attaching pedals (but not pre-applied so you can choose how you want to use it), and nice rugged soft case. The only thing I added was a piece of 2" thick foam to put over my pedals inside the case just to give a little more protection.
