Sound: I really love the look and feel of this pedal. This is the first pedal I have owned, I use it with an electronic kit so I appreciated the dual beater since the trigger on my drum set responds better to the plastic head versus the felt. Feature: I am excited to try and set this pedal up to be a dual pedal once I can afford the accompanying parts. Ease of Use: I had some trouble assembling and setting up the pedal since I had never done it before and the directions weren't very clear, but I looked up a youtube video on how to set one up and then I had it going in 5 minutes. Once I understood how everything worked it was very easy to set the tension and get everything comfortable and smooth. Quality: This pedal seems rock solid, still haven't played with it more than about 12 hours, but I love it so far. I think it will hold up for a long time and would be very sturdy enough to travel with. Value: Excellent pedal for the money. Manufacturer Support: So far everything has been great.
