Upon first inspection it is flawless. The attention to detail is better than any "Lower Line" guitar I have ever seen. Tuned up it just fits, you, your hand, great balance pickups are top notch, very smooth clean, crank it up and it screams Santana. I recommend this to anyone that wants a true PRS guitar and sound without spending the Big Bucks. I never used PRS support so a 3 star is all I can do.

I have the PRS core model cu24, the CE 24, and 2 S2 models. This guitar has the same quality neck as those big boys. The wide fat neck is great for players who get cramped on the wide thin or standard pattern neck. The frets are smooth, the intonation is perfect and the guitar is beautiful. The real maple top adds to the tone and the pickups are very good. If someone told me it was a Core model I would be hard pressed to question them. The shorter scale and 24 frets make playing fast and furious so easy. I do the bend sustain test and this axe beat out my Standard LP and my CE 24. Dial in the gain and set the switch to the middle and it nails the Santana Sound. I have a set of PRS Santana USA pickups but there is no need to swap because the stock pickups are really of the highest quality. Save the $3700 and get this super awesome guitar. It will make you smile....
