I read a lot of information before deciding on this unit and works just fine. I am in a 3 piece group and being the lead singer and lead guitarist, I don't have a lot of slack to be manually flipping pages on an iPad. I use the Songbook app and the Cicada works at moving the page in the song and navigating the set list.

the page turner is plastic and a little flimsy feeling but works great. paired with my ipad instantly and worked with the igigbook application. would recommend, just don't slam your foot to turn the pages..
