Sound:
I am very pleased with the sound of this guitar. Unplugged it has a mellow acoustic sound with enough volume and control to fit my needs as a worship leader in both small group as well as in the church sanctuary. Plugged to my Epiphone tube amp, it does anything I need it to from folk style and light worship to heavy rock. Avery versatile guitar that meets my every need. I did, however change out the strings to light guage Elixers which I think gives it a brighter sound.
Feature:
I love the built in equalizer and tuner and it's looks cannot be beat with gold tuners that hold a tune very well and a black top that is flawless.
Ease of Use:
As I said before, this is a very versatile guitar. Unplugged it delivers a very mellow yet vibrant tone. Plugged in with the right equipment you can make it fit any style of music you would want to play.
Quality:
The quality is excellent - a real bargain for a solid guitar. I carry it with me to many venues and I think it will do what I need for as long as I need it to. I'm an older guy (pushing 60), but I'm certain that my son or grandson will be very happy to inherit this guitar when I am gone and still get a lifetime of use out of it.
Value:
A great value, well worth what I paid for it!
Manufacturer Support:
I have had no need of support for this instument, so I'm not sure what that may look like at this point.
The Wow Factor:
I've been looking at this guitar for about a year and finally had to break down and buy it. It looks good, sounds good, has great action, is easy to handle and play and I love the shallow body with the big sound. I got rid of an Epiphone Les Paul Plus to purchase this and I'm not in the least sorry, because I can do so much more with this guitar than I could with the Les Paul.
Overall:
I expect this to be my final guitar purchase, because it does everything I want a guitar to do.

Sound:
The sound is awesome. Of course it's not as full as a dreadnought while unplugged but more than acceptable. I honestly have only played it for an hour so I haven't plugged it in yet. So I am basing this rating solely on the unplugged sound.
Feature:
For $299 this has to be one of the best guitar values you can get. Built in tuner, 3 band EQ, gold hardware and some of the most beautiful inlay work I've ever seen. Very impressive guitar.
Ease of Use:
It's a guitar and you strum it, so barring a mutant arm popping out of the sound hole and grabbing your pick while you play, it's as easy as it gets. However, it has the smoothest playing neck of any acoustic I've played. The action was just right for me out of the box and the built in tuner had me up and playing my favorites in about 10 minutes. Also, this being a shallow body, it's a lot easier to play overall than my Washburn dreadnought. Feels just like playing my electric with the great sound of the acoustic.
Quality:
What can I say, it's immaculate. It's a low end Ovation and yet it feels like it's built like it's big brothers. Honestly, one of the most beautiful guitars I have ever played.
Value:
Honestly, this guitar is a steal at $299.
Manufacturer Support:
I haven't needed Ovation support. So so far I give them a 10 until I experience something negative from them. Also, Ovation is reputable company that stands by their products, so I don't anticipate problems.
The Wow Factor:
Clean and solid lines all the way around. I got the black and it looks very classy. The abalone inlays really standout and the gold hardware fits in nicely while not overtaking the appearance of the overall guitar. You won't be disappointed.
Overall:
I researched this product before I bought it. I looked at reviews from different sites and compared features for a guitar with this setup under the 500 dollar range. This seemed the guitar that would give me the most bang for my buck. I don't know if I'll ever play another brand of acoustic electric again.
