Love this unit one that the best that i have ever purchased. This is my 2nd one first one had to be replaced but zzounds did a nice job to get me a new unit with no hassle. I use this unit just about every day... Comes with serato dj, but i havent used it with it yet I'm more of a virtual dj fan...but if your looking for a good device then this is my choice

I am giving manufacturer support a 2 because although the NV and Numark overall is a great product, they do not tell you that the AMD processor is NOT supported for use with Serato and this product. I own other lesser quality controllers that work without issue, but the NV is not supported with use with the AMD processor. I spent hours trying to figure out why my unit was not working, having to search forums to find out the cause. SO my custom built 3TB music server is totally USELESS for use with this unit. I'm supposed to buy a new processor and MB just so I can play with this at home? Fortunately I own an I7 laptop as well that it works flawlessly on, but the main machine I want to use it on might as well be a brick.
