Very basic controller, average quality. I use it to control Traktor 2 Pro DJ software. The setup was easy and using this controller is definitely a step up from using the computer's keyboard. It is small, lightweight easy to carry to small gigs, where I don't want to take my CDJ 900s. The feeling of the buttons could be better but for this cheap price I can live with that. There is a DJ software bundled with the unit which I never tried. About the rating: sound quality is not applicable, because it doesn't have a built in sound card and also I do not have experience with costumer support. I gave 5 stars in both categories because I had to mark something...

Nice product but not compatible with PCDJ Red 2.0. Returned it to zzounds and was given a refund with no problem. Purchasing more items from zzounds.
