Feature:
I own the cdn 88 before this one and i must say the features is definitely awesome apart from not been able to do any sampling

Quality:
I have to rate this low because i got one with factory fault and it was miserable for me because i hate when my deck is screwing up on me

Value:
I got mine for $700,so without bad luck on my path to receive a player with some minor problems,i would say it's a great deck before branching over to TT

Desirability:
It looks good plus it feels good when in top condition

Sound:
Sound is good,actually,i replace the audio cables with monster cables

Ease of Use:
As long as u sit down and go through the manual as u play with it,it will come easy for u

Support:
I had to send it to numark twice before it was fix plus they were rather rude at times,i guess they don't understand the fustration that comes along with a bad deck

Overall:
well,i got so fed up with numark that i had already decides to try a different brand,not because of the player but because of their customer service

this is the best cd player i ever played with. to tell you the truth is like the third best cd player because you know the pioneer pro scrath is off the hook but i own the cdn 88 but i'm thinking of buying this one is banging i love keep up the good work numark.

I wish it had a way to display the words of a Karaoke disc onto a TV screen, as Numark misleads one to believe the unit does in the instruction manual, under the video heading. Check it out yourself. Download the instruction manual.

Quality:
I've had mine in the shop once, got it back...same problem reared its ugly head, sent it back in for replacement. Numark replaced it with a "B" stock item (someone else's problem that had been shipped back to the company). Immediately the unit hung up. Had to shut it down and turn it back on to get it to operate. Now, I have to fiddle with the song in order to get any song lyrics to come up on the screen (Had to buy a separate video decoder to make the unit be able to display graphics). That is, after the song is selected one must back the unit up to the previous song, then go to the song one wants to display on the screen. Then the song will show up. Really does slow down a show for a KJ.

Value:
Not worth all the trouble that one receives in trying to get the unit to do what it was advertised to be capable of doing.

Desirability:
It does look nice. But so does a painting in a gallery and the painting isn't near the headache the Numark CDN90 is.

Sound:
The left channel on my unit sporadically has a loud buzz that is annoying to the audience as well as to myself. During this noise the cd mechanism is stuck even though the controls say the cd is playing. I would recommend that Numark monitor the manufacturing of their products more closely so that this type of problem can be eliminated.

Support:
I am currently dealing with Numark and was promised an upgrade to a CDN95 because of all the trouble I've been having with the units (they admit they're all factory defects), however, there was a reversal on that decision because it cost more, even though it was common knowledge at the time of the promise being made.

Overall:
I did research and this product looked like the Cadillac of all commercial, professional cd players. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive one that I can say isn't defective. I think that if I had one that wasn't defective and did as was advertsed it would be a great product. I wish that I knew that the company reps really had very little power to make decisions that could fix problems. I would have steered clear of the company. The reps ARE nice though.

Has more features than can be expected in a dual cd player

i purchased it because of all the lights and gizmos

Value:
When the cdn90 is in working condition, it is awesome, but when it does not work like mine my music and myself as a dj are all on the line...

Desirability:
great sex appeal, but a person can be gorgeous body wise and face wise, but sucks in bed... this product is the same way.

Sound:
Good Sound but have some issues...

Ease of Use:
This machine is really for experienced dj's atleat 2yrs

Support:
I have made numberous arrangements with them to repair my cdn90 and have just gotten the short end of the stick.

Overall:
I wish someone told me that they have alot of issues with this product... there are forums that i read after i was having problems with this machine... the cd's start sounding very scratchy and i have to change it to video for regular cdr to play... and can not mix like that...
