Easy to use for sure.
Quality:
Nope. I was expecting better. After one year the sound started getting garbled. I've never even come close to blasting it so it wasn't like I ruined it by playing it at max volume all the time. This sound comes and goes and sounds like a blown speaker but isn't!
Value:
Not with the short life span.
Desirability:
Not any more. The service is that bad.Too bad, too, because other Washburn owned products are very good.
Sound:
It does have a great sound to it. I used the "enhance" feature which makes the tone smoother. The sound was great until the unit started making a rumbling noise.
Ease of Use:
Yep.
Support:
Horrible. The place Eden had me call didn't know they were an authorized dealer and the tech said he never worked on one and didn't have a schematic!!
Overall:
No more Eden amps for me.
